He started doing this and while calling his first 300 plus network marketers he acknowledged that there way no way he would spend the rest of his life calling genealogy list. So he decided to change his approach and wondered - how can I get people to call me? If he could just find 5 to 10 people per day to call him instead of him chasing them that would be the answer.
Mike thought the internet may be the answer. He began to learn about capture pages and writing good ad copy. He realized he had to offer some kind of value if he wanted to reach his goal of attracting 5 to 10 people per day. This was the beginning of Mike’s success with Magnetic Sponsoring. In applying this principle he really started to find a system that worked for him and began to put it into a book. Mike first used the book to train his team in his primary network marketing company but it has turned into a great learning tool for hundreds of thousands of people.
This was a big revelation for Mike and as he began to grow a huge downline he realized that the product doesn’t matter, but instead it’s about who you are and what you have to offer others. People are looking to join you because they perceive value from you and that you have the knowledge and skills to teach them something which will enable them to achieve the same success.
